On this cool rainy GLORIOUS day after a stretch of soul-sucking 90+ F, 90% humidity days ... I welcome fall with this Etsy find, a painting of birch trees and fallen leaves.
It reminds me of a favorite aspen grove
along the Yakima River, next to a beaver colony, and how the grove is so beautiful in different ways in every season.
