Attended the Ballard Seafood Festival this weekend.  Got some sun (ouch!), lots of seafood (YUM!), perused the sidewalk sale (only spent $5.00!  Such a good unemployed person on a budget!), and listened to some great music.

Forgot to take pictures so got one as I was driving away....

Yes, I drove the few blocks to the fest - I know, I know, environmentally unsound.  But I took a big donation of clothes and goods to the charity store before going to the Fest, so I refuse to feel guilty.

Don't you love it when streets get closed down and given over to the pedestrians? It's such a great feeling, walking down the street without having to worry about cars, like you're doing the wrong thing but getting away with it.  Hee.  Also why I do adore the Ballard Farmer's Market - again, street gets closed down to vehicles!
